SUPER SWIPES NFL - SIGNIFICANT TERMS

SUPER SWIPES NFL - FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This promotion is only available to individuals aged 18 years and over who have registered an account with Sky Betting & Gaming (any account with Sky Vegas, Sky Bet, Sky Poker, Sky Bingo or Sky Casino), subject to these terms and conditions.
- One entry per customer per Game Week (see term 4). Sky Betting & Gaming reserves the right to withdraw availability to any customer or group of customers at any time.
- The promotion will run for the 2026/2027 NFL Regular season from 11 September 2026 until 11 January 2027 (“Promotional Period”).
- During the Promotional Period, the Super Swipes NFL game will run each game week of the NFL Regular Season (each “Game Week”).
- Super Swipes will be made available on selected NFL Fixtures each Game Week (the “Super Swipe Fixtures”). The Super Swipe Fixtures for each Game Week will be shown on the entry page.
- Each Game Week will open at 17:00 on the Friday of the relevant Game Week and close at the scheduled kick-off time of the earliest included Super Swipe Fixture (the “Entry Period”).
- Game Weeks may contain questions relating to multiple matches taking place on the same day. Where Super Swipes includes multiple matches, entries will close at the kick-off time of the earliest scheduled match included in the questions.
- Customers must have an active account and must not be self-excluded or otherwise restricted during the Promotional Period. There are no staking requirements to participate.
- Customers with restrictions on their account and/or who have been previously excluded from Sky Betting and Gaming promotions will not be eligible to claim prizes from this game.
SUPER SWIPES NFL - GAME MECHANICS
- Users must opt in to this game by clicking the “Play for Free” button signposted at the start of the game experience.
- Each Super Swipes Game Week will contain ten (10) yes/no prediction questions relating to the Super Swipes Fixtures for that Game Week.
- Customers must answer a minimum of three (3) questions and may answer up to a maximum of ten (10) questions.
- Customers may freely choose how many questions they wish to answer within the permitted range of three (3) to ten (10).
- Customers can change their answers, or the number of questions they wish to answer, at any time during the Entry Period. After this time the round will be locked and no further changes will be accepted.
- To qualify for a Game Week Prize (see term 15), customers must correctly predict the outcome of every question they have selected to answer within that Game Week.
- If a customer answers one or more selected questions incorrectly in a Game Week, no prize will be awarded.
- The applicable prize awarded each Game Week will depend solely on the number of selected questions answered correctly, as follows (the “Game Week Prize”):
- 3 correct answers: 25% Booster
- 4 correct answers: £1 Free Bet
- 5 correct answers: 50% Booster
- 6 correct answers: £2 Free Bet
- 7 correct answers: 100% Booster
- 8 correct answers: £5 Free Bet
- 9 correct answers: £20 Free Bet
- 10 correct answers: £50 Cash
- Game Week Prizes are fixed and non-cumulative. Customers may win a maximum of one prize per Game Week.
- Game Week Prize free bets can only be used on NFL markets. (Please note this does not apply to Leaderboard Prize free bets- see term 27).
- All outcomes will be determined by the official result of the relevant Super Swipes Fixture as settled by Sky Bet. Sky Bet’s settlement is final.
- In the event that a relevant Super Swipes Fixture or market is postponed, cancelled, abandoned, materially changed, or otherwise voided for betting purposes, Sky Bet reserves the right to void the affected question(s), amend the round scoring criteria and Game Week Prize distribution, or cancel the relevant round entirely where reasonably necessary.
- All Game Week Prizes will be credited within 24 hours of the last Super Swipes Fixture of that Game Week finishing.
- Game Week Prizes are subject to additional prize-specific terms (see below).
SUPER SWIPES NFL - LEAGUE LEADERBOARD
- By taking part in any Super Swipes NFL Game Week, customers will be entered onto the overall Super Swipes League Leaderboard (the “Leaderboard”).
- The Leaderboard will run for the duration of the Promotional Period. No points can be earned outside of the Promotional Period.
- Your position in the Leaderboard will depend on the total number of points you have earned across each Game Week you participated in during the Promotional Period. Each player who has participated in a Game Week will be entered on the Leaderboard.
- Players earn points by correctly answering questions during a Game Week. One correct answer will result in 1 point.
- The prize for the player who is top of the Leaderboard at the end of the Promotional Period is £15,000.
- Prizes will be awarded as follows, depending on a customer’s position on the Leaderboard after the final Game Week has concluded (the “Leaderboard Prizes”):
- 1st: £15,000 Cash
- 2nd: £5,000 Cash
- 3rd: £1,000 Cash
- 4th-10th: £500 Cash
- 11th-100th: £100 Cash
- 101st-250th: £50 Free Bet
- 251st-500th: £20 Free Bet
- 501st-1000th: £10 Free Bet
- There is a maximum of 1 Leaderboard Prize available per customer.
- In the event that there are two or more players that have the same number of points on the Leaderboard at the end of the Promotional Period, positions will be determined by the best percentage of correct answers given over the Promotional Period, the player with the highest percentage of correct answers will be placed higher.
- The Leaderboard Prize cash prize winners will be contacted by email to the email address registered on their account within 3 days following the end of the Promotional Period. Customers are responsible for ensuring the contact details on their account are up to date, and providing such information as may be required to fulfil the Prize. This term will not apply to winners of free bet prizes.
- If the promoter has been unable to contact a Leaderboard Prize winner within 21 days, the winner shall forfeit the Leaderboard Prize.
- Once a Leaderboard Prize winner has responded to the Promoter and verified their details to the Promoters satisfaction, the winner will receive their Leaderboard Prize within 28 days.
- Leaderboard Prizes are subject to additional prize-specific terms (see below).
SUPER SWIPES NFL - PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Free Bets:
- All free bet prizes will be automatically credited to customers’ Sky Betting and Gaming account.
- Free bets will expire 7 days after the crediting date.
- The free bet stake will not be returned with any winnings and is non-withdrawable.
- The free bet is not exchangeable for cash or other prizes.
- Booster Tokens:
- Booster Token prizes can be used on any NFL BuildABets, subject to exclusions set out in these terms.
- Booster Token will expire 7 days after the crediting date.
- Bets placed with a Booster Token have a maximum stake of £10.
- Bets placed using the Booster Token must have combined minimum odds of 1/2 or greater.
- Bets place using the Booster Token must have a minimum of 3+ legs.
- Bets placed with the Booster Token must be cash bets only.

- Cash Prizes:
- Cash prizes awarded as a Game Week Prize will be paid directly into the customer’s Sky Betting and Gaming account balance.
- Cash prizes awarded as a Leaderboard Prize will be paid directly to the customer by bank transfer, to the account registered on the customer’s Sky Betting and Gaming account. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure these details are accurate and up to date.
- All cash prizes are withdrawable.
SUPER SWIPES NFL - GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Super Swipes Fixtures, the Entry Period, or question selections may be amended where reasonably required for operational, broadcast, integrity, regulatory, or technical reasons.
- For customers using Euros, any prizes will be at an exchange rate of £1/€1.
- Any technical issues affecting entry, settlement, or prize crediting will be resolved as soon as reasonably practicable.
- Sky Betting and Gaming reserve the right to withhold, restrict, or cancel this promotion from individual account holders in accordance with its eligibility, promotion abuse, and internal trading risk policies at its reasonable discretion and with prior notice.
- Sky Betting and Gaming reserves the right, acting reasonably to change, withdraw or increase the availability of and/or value of prizes throughout the Promotional Period at any time.
- Sky Betting & Gaming reserves the right to withhold, void, reclaim or refuse prizes where it reasonably suspects abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, syndicate play, or breaches of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable Sky Betting & Gaming terms.
- All decisions by Sky Betting & Gaming relating to the promotion are final.
